Learning and playing Chess will seem like fun and games to your children, but as they learn this game played by Kings, they will learn to focus and increase their concentration, build their memory and sequencing skills and enhance their problem solving skills; all are keys to their future academic success. During this session, the kids will learn the FUNdamentals of Chess including some basic strategies. More advanced strategies will be taught depending on the level of individuals and the group. Each Student will receive a Trophy or Certificate on the last day of Class. Parents: Please send a lunch for the Kids to eat prior to class. Meets in Room RE.1st Grade Students will be picked up at their classroom. Min/Max: 6/12
